❊ 1:1 Custom Hypnotherapy + Functional Health Coaching sessions
❊ Initial session is comprised of a thorough intake, health history, and goal-setting. In our initial session, we will NOT begin hypnotherapy - I will explain how hypnosis works and answer all your questions. The information you provide me in our first session, gives me the details I will need to create custom hypnosis sessions for you and develop a functional health plan of care.
❊ Entry package: 6 sessions comprised of 1 full intake, 2 hypnosis sessions, 3 functional health coaching sessions, and 1 hypnosis recording to listen to between sessions.
❊ Self-hypnosis instructions are provided.
❊ Previous bloodwork completed within 1 year may be reviewed with you through a functional health/ preventative lens. Comprehensive functional health analysis report is provided based on blood panel results.
❊ Option to add-on functional medicine testing + review (may recommend OAT, GI Map, DUTCH, or additional bloodwork).
❊ Unlimited messaging support between sessions.
❊ This combination approach is most helpful for chronic pain, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, or other chronic/recurrent symptoms such as persistent hair loss, weight loss resistance, etc.

For this reason, I will only ever work with chronic or recurrent conditions that have been medically evaluated. If you are seeking hypnotherapy to address chronic symptoms, you must show proof that you have had a physical within 1 year and provide a note from your doctor or provider that you have been medically cleared and are recommended to undergo clinical hypnosis.****

Soul Resonance Coaching

❊ This level of coaching is for individuals who feel like their light has burned out. Perhaps it’s a feeling of being stuck and not feeling like you're making enough progress in life. Or it could be a feeling of misalignment, overall disenchantment, or finding yourself living on someone else’s accord and not your own.
❊ After mapping out where you are and where you’d like to be, together we will make a plan, and I will help you carry it out step-by-step.
❊ Unlimited messaging support provided between sessions.

Functional Health Coaching

❊ 1:1 Functional Health Coaching sessions
❊ Thorough health history intake, assessment, and goal-setting accomplished within our first session together.
❊ Review of progress, continued reevaluation, and setting of new goals occur in follow-up sessions
❊ Any previous bloodwork completed within 1 year can be reviewed with you through a functional health/preventative lens. Comprehensive functional health analysis report is provided based on results.
❊ Customized care plans are sent to you following each session
❊ Option to add-on functional medicine testing + review (may recommend additional bloodwork, OAT, GI Map, or DUTCH testing). Review of results is included within the series cost.
❊ Unlimited messaging support between sessions.

Hypnosis Integration Series

❊ Initial session is comprised of a thorough intake, determining your personal motivation to change, and goal-setting. In our initial session, we will NOT begin hypnotherapy - I will explain how hypnosis works and answer all your questions. The information you provide me in our first session, gives me the details I will need to create highly effective customized hypnosis sessions for you.
❊ Self-hypnosis instructions are provided for use at home beyond series completion.
❊ Unlimited messaging support between sessions.
❊ This hypnosis package is best for phobias, breaking self-limiting patterns, moving beyond old traumas, and eliminating bad habits (smoking, excessive alcohol use). It can aid in increasing performance (sports, sales, & public speaking), or can be used to reduce anxiety about surgery or other anticipated stressful event.

❊ 75 minute initial intake session, 60-75 minute follow-up sessions.
❊ While resolution is possible within two hypnotherapy sessions, you may need up to 6 sessions to reinforce new neural pathways.
❊ I require a minimum of 3 sessions to increase client probability of success.

❊ A series of 3 sessions includes 1 initial asessment session and 2 hypnosis sessions. A series of 6 includes 1 initial assessment and 5 hypnosis sessions.

All services can be HSA and FSA eligible
Check with your HSA/FSA provider. Health coaching is typically covered and Hypnosis can be eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your Primary Care Provider.
