  • Having the support of a quality coach who doesn’t wait for a diagnosable disease to intervene, who listens, asks why, and digs deep makes every bit of difference. Coaching creates the container for true healing to emerge. I’m a registered nurse with over a decade of experience and I’m offering you a customized coaching care program with 24/7 support.

  • I utilize the fundamentals of functional medicine, which focuses on healing the diet, stress response, immune system, and identity. Together we search for a root-cause to your health concerns, while leveraging the mind-body connection.

    To support you, I may make recommendations which could include awareness practices, nutritional guidance, functional testing, healing protocols, and lifestyle modifications.

    If you feel you are being held back by trauma, old patterns, or habits, hypnotherapy is a wonderful tool we can use to work through this and aid in your healing resolution.

    Numerous studies show that hypnotherapy can also alleviate symptoms of longstanding chronic illness, such as chronic fatigue and pain.

    I take a holistic approach and consider your complex background, lifestyle, and environment as part of the bigger picture. In great detail, you will help me to understand your highest vision for your health and life. My job is to connect and compassionately tailor my care to your unique experience. I meet you with nonjudgmental compassion and validation and you will feel my support throughout the entire process.

  • You are someone who realizes that it’s all connected. You’re aware of the ways in which your mental wellbeing, habits, and physical state of health all intermingle. You may be experiencing chronic or recurring illness and have not found full success with the conventional medical model. You believe in your body’s innate healing capabilities.

    You could be suffering in one or more areas of your life, but you refuse to give up and you continue searching for new ways to feel better. You take responsibility for your attitude towards the inevitable misfortunes that sometimes darken life. You are looking for someone to help you get unstuck, uncover the root of the problem, and begin the process of healing from the inside out.

  • Upon completing a series with me, you will be launched onto the path of better health and wholeness. In addition to feeling better energy and rest, you can expect to experience positive ripple effects in your life as well, which can look like: improved symptoms, self-compassion, a feeling of inner-centeredness, enriched relationships, and a greater connection to spirit.

    You will leave feeling empowered with all the knowledge and tools to keep your body & mind in a continued state of balanced wellness.
